I feel like having disaster warnings issued by Black mermaids would solve a lot of the problems in this country. Remember on Twitter when the Nazis freaked the F out over a Black mermaid? We'd be evacuating from the volcano while Nazis were coping and seething.

Lol, translators can get confused with language. I am sure it should also be 'In the case of' as that would apply to all situation, in this case would be a specific situation and 'that case' would be past tense, so 'In that case, you shoud have acted on the siren or Mermaid as the other part of the translation says'
