I'm not sure this is the kind of thing AI could even come up with. Machine learning is purely statistical; it learns only that which is likely. And I'm pretty sure this scene is unlikely. Plus, look at the baby's fingers holding the apple. They look perfectly fine, but AI often screws up small details like fingers. The geometry also seems fine, but AI often screws that up, too, since it doesn't understand statistics in 3D space; instead it only understands the statistics of pixel values in 2D image space.
