Why don't we have a lockscreen that opens up an account by password or fingerprint. One fingerprint will open up one account and the other finger, another account. Or a certain side and even a gesture of the finger

There is an implementation of a background account in open Android. If you unlock the smartphone you get into the default account. If you want to get the hidden account you need to open a secret app.

unlocking, is unsafe, you see a lot of unauthorised unlocking from restrained, sleeping, dead, or drunken people from either face or fingerprint to unlock a device.
it was established a few years ago that law enforcement in the usa do not need a warrant for biometric unlocking, but need warrant if a password is enabled, to unlock a device.
